By using Jyotishe.com and our consultation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of service
Jyotishe provides astrology consultation and guidance based on information you submit. All content and advice are for guidance and entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Account & verification
Access to consultations requires mobile number verification via OTP. You are responsible for providing accurate birth details and keeping your phone reachable for appointment calls.
4. First consultation (₹11)
- Includes one written answer to one question after successful payment and verification
- Available once only per registered mobile number
- Payment must be completed before the consultation process continues
- One question per consultation; regeneration of answers is not offered to the user
5. Additional written consultations (₹51)
- After the first ₹11 consultation is used, further written questions are priced at ₹51 each
- Users may select or create a birth profile when asking for themselves or someone else
6. Live appointments
- Available plans: ₹501 (10 minutes), ₹1,100 (30 minutes), ₹2,100 (45 minutes), ₹5,100 (video consultation on Google Meet)
- Payment is required before date and slot selection
- Our astrologer will call you on your registered number during the selected Morning / Afternoon / Evening slot
- Please ensure your phone is available; missed calls due to unreachable numbers may not be automatically rescheduled
7. Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorised gateways. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or harass our staff or astrologers.
9. Intellectual property
Website design, branding, and content belong to Jyotishe or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyotishe is not liable for decisions you make based on consultations, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
11. Changes to the service
We may modify features, pricing, or these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
