Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on Jyotishe.com for first consultations and live appointment bookings.
1. ₹11 first consultation
- Once payment is successful and your question has been submitted for consultation, the ₹11 fee is generally non-refundable.
- If payment is charged but verification fails due to a technical error on our side, contact support for review.
- Duplicate accidental charges may be refunded after verification.
2. Live appointment bookings (₹501 / ₹1,100 / ₹2,100 / ₹5,100 video)
- Cancellation by you: Requests made at least 24 hours before the selected date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or a free reschedule, at our discretion.
- Missed call / unreachable: If our astrologer calls during your selected slot and you are unreachable after reasonable attempts, the session may be marked completed without refund. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
- Cancellation by us: If we cancel or fail to provide the call for reasons on our side, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, as you prefer.
3. How to request a refund
Contact support via Jyotishe.com with your registered mobile number, payment ID / order reference, and reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank timelines typically take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may affect future access to services.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
